I enjoy working at joanns because of the customers assisting them in locating items for their hobbies and creating new ideas for making dolls or clothing for themselves or children. However, a month into the new year the premium pay disappeared and there was no raise in sight. We found out a few months later that the managers got to keep their raises. It was only the Team Members that didn't receive the raise that had been promised.
